We separate fence into three series that are European Art Series, European Classic Series and European Elegance Series.All our fences are made by hot-galvanizing tube.Fences are assembled by assemble parts that are different from traditional electroc welding。 Assembled parts include anti-theft screw, nylon plastic cover and so on. So our fence are very easy to assemble and very easy to transport.Technology process of European Art Series:

Hot-dipped galvanizing tubing→ forging→ polishing→ pickling→ once wash→ twice wash→ surface modulation→ zinc phosphide→ cleaning→ water wash→ dry→ high temperature Fluorocarbon primer(twice)→ high temperature Fluorocarbon primer surfacer→ high temperature Fluorocarbon topcoat→ high temperature Fluorocarbon clearcoat→ Curing.

    5.   Technology process of European Classic Series and European Elegance Series:

   

Hot-dipped galvanizing tubing→ forging→ polishing→ pickling→ once wash→ twice wash→ surface modulation→ zinc phosphide→ cleaning→ water wash→ dry→ electrostatic spraying→ 200 degrees baking→ Curing.
